The Red Lentil attracted some unforeseen press when the tragic bombing occurred at the Boston Marathon. The ensuing manhunt took place in the Watertown, MA, neighborhood that the restaurant calls home. We had less than 24 hours to promote a free healing brunch in a BIG way.
During a pitch meeting for a large non-profit, one of the committee members remarked, “You really seem to love what you do,” to which we replied, “We really do.” (And won the contract.)
